It's named as "Garden view" but you actually see a lot of the ocean. The kitchen is well equiped and the balconey has an amazing view and nice furnitures. The "city" is within walking distance or by an Uber that cost around 3-4 USD. We opted for the airport pick up and that was very conviniet. The driver came from the property and helped us to get to the aprtment and provided the access code. The community is very nice and well maintained.

The apartment is exactly as the photos with minimal wear. Furniture comfy with no wear. Bed is on the firmer side, which I happen to prefer anyway. Both ACs work great. Fans work great. TVs work great. All the basic amenities of home provided. The balcony is everything. Harmony beach, fast food, and the craft market are all within walking distance. Walking is only for the adventurous as some portions of the sidewalk at dangerous road bends dont exist, but totally doable if you dont have transportation. Again, when available, Roy can take you to any of these places.

My check it was very late but the taxi driver called ahead find out where exactly it was and he knew the owners to explain how to get there. When I got there it was late on New Year’s Day so much shops was closed but Dave offered to take me to get something to eat and in the end only place could get something was KFC and he didn’t mind waiting even though I felt bad because the wait seemed long in there. Which was really nice of him, the rest of my stay was good no issues. With the place.

She knows her business and communicated with precision and accuracy. As a solo traveler, I appreciated her checking in during my visit to ensure I was satisfied. The apartment was clean and the people friendly. Mrs. Nola is a beautiful lady. She always had a smile and was very welcoming. The yard has plants and trees I've learned are very good for medicinal purposes. Mika encourages you to eat some mangoes from the beautiful tree but I couldn't bring myself to disturb the beauty. I just sat on my private balcony and admired. The A/C worked great and really helped me sleep comfortably. The privacy, cleanliness, and safety of the place centered in the proximity of the city is the biggest bonus.
