The location is simply stunning, the guesthouse sits peacefully on the seafront of tranquil Mukaishima Island, surrounded by lush vegetation and easily accessible by car. It's the perfect destination if you're cycling along the Shimanami Kaido. Youko is an incredible host, warm, welcoming, and exceptionally helpful. She provided excellent recommendations for bike rentals, local restaurants, and activities, and every day left thoughtful notes at reception highlighting events happening in the area. When we accidentally left our backpack (with passports inside!) at the guesthouse, she promptly mailed it to our next destination without hesitation. Our 8-year-old daughter, Alice, loved the play area in the communal dining space, bouncing on the trampoline in the garden, and meeting the resident animals: friendly sheep, two charming cats, and Maroon, the adorable dog. The property itself is spotless. We stayed in one of the Japanese-style rooms, which felt spacious by Japanese standards, and offered spectacular views over the bay. The rooftop terrace was another highlight for us. We'd wholeheartedly recommend staying here, it’s truly a special place.

East Villa Shimanami Mukaishima seafront se encuentra a 4,4 km de Saikon-ji Temple y ofrece jardín y terraza, así como alojamiento con aire acondicionado, balcón y wifi gratis. Kazu and Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They provided us with great recommendations of local restaurants/shops and activities. Very clean with great sea view. Comes with a free parking space which is a bonus.

Beach Villa Tachibana se encuentra en Onomichi, a 5,8 km de Saikon-ji Temple, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, terraza y zona de barbacoa. We loved the Villa, a great central location to explore the biking trails. The beach is right in front of the house, we biked to restaurants and supermarkets. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, lots of outdoor space! It was a wondeful stay.

Guest House Diphylleia Grayi se encuentra en Hatsukaichi, a 19 km de Parque Memorial de la Paz de Hiroshima y a 19 km de Monumento de la Paz de Hiroshima. El lugar es muy bonito y muy impecable. Además el dueño atiende excelente, muy amable. Incluso te ayuda como guía para que aproveches el tiempo. Tiene una cocina compartida muy amplia con todo lo necesario. Tuvimos la suerte de que nevara un día y fue hermoso. Está frente al mar, lo separa una línea de tren.
