The apartment we got upgraded to was very large, clean and well-equipped. Spacious bathroom and AC made it a very comfortable stay. Jarvis was always reachable for any question and very friendly. Location-wise excellent as it is close to the mall, restaurants and the Nyali Beach.

Mombasa Comfort House, Old Town ligger i Mombasa, 6 minutters gang fra Fort Jesus, 800 m fra Burhani Gardens og 1,8 km fra Uhuru Garden Mombasa. Her er havudsigt og gratis wi-fi overalt. Det lå meget centralt i Old Town og der var virkelig rent. Fint med plads. Fantastisk service fra Fatma.

The room is so beautiful, there is so big and beautiful terrace, the view from the terrace! The breakfast and dinner were served to our private table outside of our room. We could enjoy the view and privacy and it felt like five stars hotel, when James cooked so delicious food. Breakfast was also excellent! You are already on the beach, when you open the gate from the garden. The owner Beba runs this place with big heart!

We had a wonderful stay at English Point Marina Residences and our family absolutely loved the experience. From the moment we arrived, the professionalism of the staff truly stood out. They were incredibly welcoming and even accommodated an early check in, which made a huge difference since we were travelling with young kids. The apartments were spotless, something that is especially important when you have small children, and we were really impressed with the level of cleanliness and care. Our kids had an amazing time and the environment felt safe, comfortable and very family friendly. Communication was also excellent. Every inquiry we made was handled promptly and reliably, which made planning and coordination very easy for us. Overall, everything went extremely well. We genuinely appreciate the effort the team put into making our stay memorable and we highly recommend English Point Marina Residences to anyone looking for a professional, clean and enjoyable place to stay in Mombasa.

The staff was very helpful and we had great communication Daniele. The pool was always clean and the rooms were cleaned daily, and they were very clean. Also the breakfast was good, made everything we wanted to eat.
