The Resort is very well-maintained; the Staff were allowed to go their own Vacations, and whenever i needed something, i got it. Sleeping Was difficult however, as the Mattresses are incredibly Hard. Germano Cottages is a gem 5 Weeks superb holiday. I'll be back, that's for Sure.

It's obvious long before you get to the property that this residence aims to please and will prioritize you. I was asked questions so that they could tailor their services to address my unique requirements. I will end my review by giving a shout-out to KD, It was a pleasure meeting and chatting with you. It's not often that an owner reaches out to guests to ensure that they are being taken care of, documents whatever minor suggestion/s given, and then do follow-ups, which was very reassuring.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. On arrival Rosemary kindly received me and showed me to my room, around the facilities, and how to access the beach from the compound. Esther, the assistant manager was really the star of the show. She offered me delicious lunch 😋. She helped me out with how to navigate the local transportation to get to the Likono Ferry to Mombasa after check-out, even organized a TukTuk to come pick me up to take me to the local bus. She really went above and beyond The room was as advertised and clean, with Smart TV and internet access. Full kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is also brought to your toom 😊. I will stay here again on my next trip to Mombasa. Highly recommended.
