The apartment we got upgraded to was very large, clean and well-equipped. Spacious bathroom and AC made it a very comfortable stay. Jarvis was always reachable for any question and very friendly. I highly recommend English Point Residence. We had a Superior Apartment and everything was perfect. Spacious bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a well-stocked kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a beautiful view and smart TV and a very large balcony overlooking the sea. The rooms were cleaned very thoroughly, bed linen and towels were changed when needed. There was air conditioning and wi-fi in every room. There is also a very nice swimming pool on the property. The entire hotel is very intimate and peaceful. All this was very important, but what really makes the value in this place is the people. The owner treats his guests like family - he is always in touch, checks if we need anything, helps organize transport, a safari trip. The other employees are also very nice, always available, helping in every situation. Breakfast is brought to the room every morning, if you are staying a few days you may want to order something extra for a small fee. You can also order lunch and dinner in advance for a small price. If you are looking for a place where you will not be constantly asked for tips (which is common in Kenya), and people will be friendly and helpful, choose this hotel.

Staff is phenomenal and very kind, starting with Mista Vikta from the security, always welcoming us with the biggest smile. Vanessa is a great hotel manager, very helpful and nice. Cleaning is 5 stars.
