For a city break, this hotel has it all: excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, very kind and attentive staff. Special thanks to Fouad at the reception desk. The neighborhood is lively with several shopping centers, cafés and restaurants near-by. The hotel breakfast had many options to choose from including but not limited to pastries, cold cuts, eggs (how you like them), salads, cereals, jams, pancakes, fruit.... I opted for locally produced cheeses, olives and bread which were delicious and nutritious. The coffee was really good too. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.

At the beginning I booked for two nights only then I extended my stay till the end of the trip because the hotel is more than a beautiful place to stay in. I never felt that comfortable in a place such as Serab! The view is amazing! Every single detail was lovely starting from the decor to the staff and facilities around the hotel. The staff were so cooperative specially Isabella. They were online and answering my inquiries directly, they made me feel like home. The decor took my heart, it’s so special and made of natural materials. I loved the place and really recommend it for short & long stays.

The location is fantastic, near all Jbail markets, good restaurants, 10 minutes walking to Jbail old Souq, the staff and management are very very helpful, friendly and efficient (you feel like you are in your home) the hotel is super clean, this hotel became my only target if I visited Jbail again.

I had a great stay at Lahoya Vedan. The staff were nice and very welcoming , they helped us with everything we needed. The place was clean, and they even help us find good spots to organize our wedding. They even helped us get stuff needed for the wedding . Also After we checked out, we realized we forgot some items, and they kindly kept them safe for us until we returned. Excellent service and hospitality — highly recommended!

Mostly the wonderful way of the communication by the hotel staff and management, especially Mrs. Azar, Mr. Fadi, the beautiful ladies in the reception , Rita and Ramla, Rami and the best shisha maker Muhannad in the restaurant service, Not to forget Housekeeping Service Mrs. Sameera and the pool that overlooks a wonderful view from the rooftop.
