It's just off the main street enough to feel like a sanctuary, especially on the rooftop where there is a little restaurant serving excellent food, yet it's close enough to gorgeous beaches and great dining. We opted to stay at the hotel for dinner and I had the best chicken kottu I'd had while in Sri Lanka. The rooms are very stylish and the staff are friendly, professional and hospitable. I would definitely stay here the next time I am in Sri Lanka.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond — especially the manager, who truly made our stay special. He did absolutely everything you could imagine to make our holiday perfect — from arranging transfers and carrying our tired kids with a big smile, to sharing the best local tips for exploring the surroundings. His kindness and energy were simply outstanding. The food was amazing — breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and both lunch and dinner were excellent quality at very reasonable prices. The staff made every meal feel personal and welcoming. Our kids still talk about the wonderful memories they made here, and we’re so grateful for how everyone treated us like family. What was meant to be just a convenient stop near the airport became such a highlight that we decided to rebook for our last night in Sri Lanka. A huge thank you to all the staff at Swanee Grand Hotel for turning a practical choice into a heartfelt experience we’ll never forget. 💛

Boasting a garden, terrace and views of garden, BlissFam Villa & Hostel is set in Negombo, less than 1 km from Wellaweediya Beach. I had a wonderful experience at BlissFam! It is quite new, so everything is really clean and the decor is beautiful. The owner is super nice as well, when I just arrived he offered to drop me off and pick me up from my breakfast location as he had spare time, which was very kind :). They offer breakfast and you get so much food, it was new years and got an extra special Sri Lankan treat to celebrate. It was delicious! Definitely recommend this place!!!

Set within 1.9 km of St Anthony's Church and 38 km of R Premadasa Stadium in Negombo, Kingz Kottage features accommodation with seating area. Everything was great from the beginning. We had to wait for our room to be ready and in the meantime they provided us with an additional breakfast. The arranged for us a boat tour and a driver for the next morning and the howner helped me with some issues with my cards. Very kind family businnes place!!!

We came late at wetland resort they have made a nice welcome for us ,morning we have a nice breakfast and a nice little guy name silva was their for us all time ,he always help us anytime we wanted ..the owner where really amaizing person ,the lady was really amaizing well-done thanks again for the great tasty food that we eat really nice the devilled pork i recommend it.we do enjoy so much their and the pool was a breathtaking and medium hot woow you can stay the whole day night too woow..it was a pleasure staying with you and see you back really soon ..we grade you 2000%. A+. A+.

Located in Negombo, 700 metres from Wellaweediya Beach and 1.7 km from St Anthony's Church, d marit Motel offers a garden and air conditioning. The bed was perfect, the shower was perfect and the huge glass window-doors open towards the ocean and a wonderful blast of fresh air comes into the room. The lady is very helpful and attentive and she carried my suitcase up the stairs. The hotel is new and modern and high quality construction.

Very nice place and lovely people! The location is great, close enough to the airport near the beach and restaurants. The room is very clean. Definitely recommend.

Set within 50 metres of Negombo Beach and 2.3 km of St Anthony's Church, Ocean Breeze Residence- Negombo provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Negombo. Camilas was amazing from the start. He messaged me a couple of days beforehand to ask what time I would be arriving and we arranged to meet. at the property. I was welcomed with a drink, fresh fruit and cake. The studio was amazing value for money. Great views, extremely clean with a huge comfortable bed, balcony overlooking the beach with great views, kitchenette and great shower/bathroom. There was a welcome bowl of fresh fruit, plenty of towels, toiletries and free wifi. Camilas gave me restaurant recommendations, places of interest to visit and loaned me a bicylcle to get around. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Negombo was pretty quiet from a tourist perspective, but plenty of great food options including both local and international cuisine.
