When we had a problem figuring out how to work the heater he came over to show us right away. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants, places to shop. The breakfast was wonderful especially having on the rooftop. The location was great so close to everything and bonus for my kids was the cat that lives there. We would definitely stay there again.
