Offering a terrace and views of the garden, La Maïoun Guesthouse is situated in Nice in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, 500 metres from the beach. I had an exceptional time staying here. During check in, I was showed a binder that housed useful tips (such as best places to eat, which attractions to visit, local tours, etc.). The staff were so helpful answering any questions I had during my stay. I was also very thankful for the delicious free breakfast and the towel that was included with the bed. The bed itself was alright (a little lumpy), but there was a privacy curtain and small fan so I was still quite comfortable. There was also a big cabinet for your luggage (which fit my carry on just fine), where they provided you with a padlock. I was also very happy with the location, as it was a close walk to all the main attractions.

ニースのプロムナード・デ・ザングレから徒歩15分のStudios Florealは、ニース旧市街から1.5kmに位置するモダンな自炊式の宿泊施設です。 スタジオには設備の整った簡易キッチン（電気コンロ、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ付）、ダイニングエリア、薄型テレビ付が備わります。... 駅からアクセス抜群で、地図どおりに迷わず辿り着けました。到着予定時間を事前連絡していたところ、スタッフが外で待っていてくれ、スムーズにチェックインできました。12時ごろ到着した際も、荷物預かりだけでなくそのまま部屋に通してもらい、とても助かりました。 部屋内には自炊に必要な設備が整っており、コーヒー・紅茶・シリアル・パスタなどの食材も備え付けられていました。目の前を路面電車が通っていますが、騒音は気にならず快適に過ごせます。駅近なのでニース近郊へのアクセスも良く、どこへ行くにも便利な立地です。 フランス語が分からないながらも、よく出会うスタッフがいつも明るく親切に接してくれ、非常に感じの良い対応でした。 洗濯機はないですが、近くに4.5ユーロのコインランドリーがありました。

We’ve never had such an exceptional staying experience before. Great pleasure to get acquainted with this wonderful place!

Located between Frejus and Saint Raphael, L’oasis is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and Port de Plaissance de Frejus. Terrific quiet but convenient location. Beach and restaurants just minutes away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We booked for two nights but extended for another two nights it was so comfortable.
