We would especially like to thank Earnest, who was absolutely incredible with us. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made such a difference in our experience. We were genuinely impressed by the food at Merlin. Everything was exceptional, from the flavors to the presentation, and each dinner felt memorable. The manager personally checked in to ensure every guest’s needs were met, showing a level of care and attentiveness that is rare and deeply appreciated.
