The hotel room is large and very clean. It is apparent the grounds and rooms have been recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The grounds had lush gardens with a beautiful pool and seating areas. The hotel is located a few blocks from the sea boardwalk/malecon. There is a bakery and grocery store a few minutes walking distance. The concierge America was extremely helpful. She helped make our stay in Isla Aguada amazing.

We had a very pleasant stay. The garden is beautiful and there is a swimming pool overlooking the sea. Our room had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. We found Habitación, balcón frente al mar y alberca to be a good value for the money — the view and close access (15 miutes walking) to the sea are definite highlights, and communication with the owner was very responsive and pleasant throughout our stay.
