The studio apartment we stayed in had everything we needed. It was clean and with a nice view of the pool. The complex in general was amazing. It had all the amenities. Nice gym and the pool on the rooftop was just perfect. The location was 10/10. Away from the noise but still really close to everything. Our host Pepe was really friendly and attentive. He made sure we were comfortable, he arranged for us room cleaning and extra towels and he even gave us recommendations on where to eat around the area! 10/10

The Location and Facilities were amazing. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We had the upstairs apartment that has two bedrooms, and it had the best views of Bacalar. We had our own huge balcony with a table that sits six with the best view. The restaurant just opened a couple of months ago; the food was delicious. The Shrimp Tacos are a must. Chef Cristian did an amazing job with the dishes. They have a nice double deck to enjoy your time at the lake. We will definitely come back.

The couch was extremely comfortable and a nice place to wind down and watch a movie with the kids. The king bed was comfortable. The large double room has 2 queen beds which are a little on the hard side and the linens not quite as nice. The room is beautiful though and lots of space. The roof top pool was nice for the kids. Not big or deep but they enjoyed playing and swimming and we enjoyed the lounge chairs and the view. I would absolutely return here.
