The room had a kitchen was very Equipped, and had Tools, and everything that You’ll need to cook. The stuff was nice and kind. Every request i had they did right away. The location was very good, close to everything- restaurants, the downtown, stores and even some beaches. I really enjoyed my stay, and definitely stay again.

We chose The Quetzal for a long stay (10 nights) and we would book it again and again. We booked the suite with terrace on the ground floor that had enough space for us to feel comfortable and easy to carry around our heavy luggage. We had such a lovely stay, all the staff (Monica, Alberto and the chef Luis) were friendly, attentive and very responsive. The breakfast was also really delicious and there was always a different main dish. The location is steps away from downtown Cancun (not to be confused with the “Hotel Zone”) with plenty of restaurants around. The ADO bus station is easy to reach and was our choice of transportation from the airport. Thank you from us!
