AJ Residence - Above Peppermint Asia City ligger i Kota Kinabalu, nära Filipino Market Sabah, KK Esplanade och Atkinson Clock Tower. Boendet har gratis WiFi. Perfect location I stayed in the AJ Residence and also the AC Residence, both in the same area, identical rooms and comfort. Very confortable and nicely decorated room. I appreciated the fridge, the electric rolling shutter with remote control, the modern lighting with sensitive switchers. And above all: the most proactive and responsive communication with a residence’s manager I’ve ever had. Really worth the price.
