Accueil : Staff très pro et bienveillant, possibilité de louer des scooters, des masques de snorkeling, des kayaks … Chambre : S2, la moins chère. Chambre correcte, clim, bon lit, rangements, coffre, rideaux occultants, bouilloire, eau filtrée à volonté. Pas de télé ni de frigo. Petite terrasse, belle salle de bain avec eau chaude, serviettes et produits. Propreté : Très propre, ménage quotidien systématique et changement de serviettes. Dèj / Repas : Grand bar / restaurant vue sur mer, repas copieux, bons mais pas exceptionnels, je ne recommande pas les porkchops sèches et le longsilog vraiment trop sucré. Possibilité de prendre l’apéro (Cocktails, bières, et alcools en tous genres …) sur des gros poufs face au coucher du soleil. Staff pro et agréable. Rapport Qualité / Prix : Très bien Remarques : Serviettes de plages à disposition, billiard gratuit, wifi bon au bar mais inégal dans la chambre, aucun réseau Globe, coupures d’électricité générales dans tout le quartier. Pas de réveil matinal par des coqs ou des chiens. Certainement le plus beau Resort de l’île, je recommande vivement.

Séjour parfait : le lieu est parfaitement pensé pour pouvoir plonger en toute sérénité. On y mange très bien, les chambres sont idéalement agencées et le cadre face à la mer est idéal. J'ai déjà envie d'y retourner :)

When we booked this accommodation it seemed almost to good to be true. But the villa surpassed our expectations. Beautifully located on the southern part of Carabao Island overlooking the see and with a view on Boracay. There was plenty of space and everything was very clean and in good working order. The pool was nice especially for sunsets. The spacious terrace was the best place to be, with always a refreshing breeze. Our host Rose is a gem. She picked us up from San Jose and did eveything to make our stay unforgetable.

Lili and her team were absolutely lovely hosts. We felt very well taken care of. Lili's service in particular is top notch. She really wants to ensure that you are comfortable. I have dietary challenges and Lily made sure that I had lots to eat during our 6 nights there. The patio restaurant has stunning views and we found ourselves sitting there a lot. Nonok beach is super close and very gorgeous. We toured around to see other nearby accommodations and felt that Lonos Circle was the best match for our needs. We liked the 'authentically local' feel of it. We stayed two nights in each of the three rooms at Lonos. Our favourite room was the one with the stone wall, even though it is the smallest one. It has a certain charm between the wall and natural light in the bathroom. The suite with the patio balcony was huge for two people. The balcony and many windows was such a lovely treat, particularly waking up to that stunning view.

The place is run by the very nice and helpful Filipino/German couple Marevic (Marie) and Uwe. They will help you in organising everything from a day trip to Cresta De Gallo (for 3500 pesos as of March 2024) to the transfer back to Magdiwang if you have to catch a ferry to leave this spectacular yet relaxed island. Two well equipped and modern bungalows in a beautiful garden make you instantly feel home away from home. Marevic handles everything food related and Uwe is the facility manager. Even if there is a brownout on the island: no worries, solar powered batteries will take care of the situation. So you will never be long without light - or Wi-Fi… 😉 Don’t forget to try the homemade icecream. My favourite was Ube (some slightly salty sort of beetroot in a deep purple colour). The continental breakfast is delicious and after weeks of instant coffee I especially enjoyed the filter coffee. The bread with jam was also very nice. My favourite for dinner was the tasty burger. The meals can either be enjoyed on your own patio or in a bamboo shack right in front of the beach with Cresta De Gallo in the distance.

Very special, unique and beautiful. The views from eating areas were beautiful as were those from our rooms. The bamboo structures were also very picturesque. Such attention to detail.
