Chef David served a delightfully varied menu everyday. Every meal was delicious. The staff was so pleasant and welcoming. Patrick, Philipp, Kati, Roseby, and all the diving crew led us to the best sites and gave us the opportunity to photograph all the ocean critters for which Romblon is famous

Amazing views and location. Really clean and well maintained. Rose is a great host and was very helpful and friendly. Loved drinking coffee on the balcony in the morning and watching the boats fishing. And the sunsets in the evening are beautiful!

Haus am Strand auf Sibuyan Island nahe Cresta de Gallo - Marevic's Guesthouse 1 ohne Klimaanlage ligger i Azagra i Luzon och har en uteplats och utsikt över trädgården. The place is run by the very nice and helpful Filipino/German couple Marevic (Marie) and Uwe. They will help you in organising everything from a day trip to Cresta De Gallo (for 3500 pesos as of March 2024) to the transfer back to Magdiwang if you have to catch a ferry to leave this spectacular yet relaxed island. Two well equipped and modern bungalows in a beautiful garden make you instantly feel home away from home. Marevic handles everything food related and Uwe is the facility manager. Even if there is a brownout on the island: no worries, solar powered batteries will take care of the situation. So you will never be long without light - or Wi-Fi… 😉 Don’t forget to try the homemade icecream. My favourite was Ube (some slightly salty sort of beetroot in a deep purple colour). The continental breakfast is delicious and after weeks of instant coffee I especially enjoyed the filter coffee. The bread with jam was also very nice. My favourite for dinner was the tasty burger. The meals can either be enjoyed on your own patio or in a bamboo shack right in front of the beach with Cresta De Gallo in the distance.

Amazing snorkeling 10 steps from our room. We have been keeping a list of all the different fish we have seen. Some highlights have been: 7 types of butterfly fish, 2 bat fish, 3 types of puffer fish, lion fish, regal angel fish, snowflake morey eel and so many more! We have just enough cell service to look up the fish and properly ID them at night. The bathroom is made from the beautiful marble, quarried locally. Marilyn’s cooking is amazing. The variety of flavors has been a delicious treat.

Footprints Beach Resort erbjuder 3-stjärnigt boende vid stranden i Agpudlos och har trädgård, egen strand och terrass. Boendet har många olika vattensporter, såväl som en bar och grillmöjligheter. Den familjära atmosfären gjorde att vi stortrivdes, kommer gärna tillbaka. Stranden var fantastisk och inbjöd till härliga promenader. Mysiga bungalows, rent och snyggt. Bra service vid utflykter och transporter. God prisvärd mat i restaurangen

Located on Carabao Island, just 10 km from Boracay, The Beach House offers a luxury boutique accommodation with its own private beach area. The location is superb, on a lovely beach with a good coral reef for snorkelling. The staff are great and the food is very good and reasonably priced. The owner David is great and we had interesting conversations over a good glass of red wine, which is often hard to find!
