Boasting free bikes and views of city, The Homeboat Company Albufeira is a recently renovated boat situated in Albufeira, 1 km from Praia da Baleeira. Everything was really perfect - except the cold and rainy weather in December which was certainly out of control of the boad company. As rates in the low season are exceptionally low compared to the summer period I prolonged my stay twice. The breakfast basket was amazing.

Jose (the pool bar incharge, from Porto, not sure if i spell the name correctly) is an excellent hospitality professional and always ready to please customers. The young lady at the reception who had spent most of her life in Germany is an asset to the place. A very comfortable, clean and pleasant stay at Lagos Atlantic Hotel. Top spot to stay!

Set in Albufeira centre, 100 metres from Peneco Beach and 450 metres from Pescadores Beach, Guest House Dianamar offers accommodation with free WiFi and a balcony. Accommodation is quite modern and extremely clean. Fantastic location - short walk to Old Town Square and the beach. The rooms were tidied and refreshed each day by cleaning staff. Very reasonably priced. Owner/manager very kindly allowed us to leave our bags on the premises for several hours after we checked out as we could not check in at our next location till 4pm. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
