On arrival he explained well about best places to visit on the island, gave guide and island map and suggested which best places to visit. You need to have a car to get around as it will be the most convenient. Free parking next to the building. Super satisfied with the stay.

Near the airport. In the center of the city. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Made my trip convinient and got proper rest for a solo traveler like me. Went in March, seems to be low season. Booked in the hostel and had the room to myself for 7 days. And breakfast was included which was nice.

The staff were ALL very friendly (and a special shout out to the lovely Mafalda who gave suggestions on what to see, answered our questions about the Portuguese language and culture, and delivered friendly smiles like warm sunshine every day without fail!) The rooms are well appointed & clean (extremely important to us!), the breakfast had a good selection each day (yes, the same foods each day, but you could select something new each day for a week without eating the same thing twice), the location is perfect (so close to beaches and a short 5-10 minute walk into town), the view is wonderful, and I miss sitting on the balcony each morning with my cappuccino enjoying the sea view and breeze with the sounds of doves cooing. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful renovated old mill, with an amazing location just next to the beach. Staff was super friendly and attentive. The daily breakfast was super tasty with fresh local ingredients.

It is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed (and I travel a lot!) . Exceptionally high quality antique and modern furniture, carpets, bedding,robes , outdoor furniture etc... and entire place decoration! It feels chic and classy but at the same time gives a very warm and comfortable feeling. I don't have enough words to express how beautiful and taken care by the staff I had felt as well- they hospitality training is well above 5 stars hotels !!! Breakfast was to die for ! ....I feel I could go on and on talking about this beautiful place! A must to visit if one wants to feel pampered 🤩😍🥰🙏

With its Art Deco interior, Mastro is an exceptionally cozy and stylish place and, as it's located in the heart of the city and a couple of minutes from the marina, there are interesting bars, cafes and restaurants everywhere you look. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the staff is very nice and always ready to help with any questions, recommendations or reservations. All in all, I enjoyed my stay very much and would like to return on my next visit to Terceira.
