It’s just in the city center, a few minutes walk fron the ferry, the restaurants and the supermarket. Our host, Débora was super kind. She really wanted to know, if she can help us in anything. Also, we were invited to a welcome drink at the restaurant in ground floor, and we also got a coupon for free desserts there. Unlimited local tea (and coffee) was also available inside the building. The apartment was super clean, and well equipped. It’s price is also great compared to the prices on the island. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked.

If I could, I would give this place 20 out of 10. The suite is spacious, beautiful and spotless. Breakfast was amazing and eating at one table with other guests just makes it even better. Vera, who took care of us just put this stay to another level. She made us feel like at home and beyond that other hotels should learn from her. If me and my husband will visit Pico again there is no question that we would choose to be at Miradouro da Papalva guest house. Big thanks and best wishes ♥️♥️♥️

The host, Miguel, is very responsive and helpful. The location is in the outskirts of Madalena on a calm and quiet street. The town center and the harbour can be reached by foot in less than 10 minutes. The apartment has everything travellers need, even a washing machine. I can definitely recommend BOA NOVA.

The apartment is pretty nice, refurbished, well equiped, close to the restaurants, to the stores and the ferry. From here you can explore Pico island go up to the peak and enjoy your stay in Madalena.
