The room was just as shown in the photos—very clean and spacious. The provided dishes were also plentiful, clean, and of good quality. Residentas Arco do Bandeira位于里斯本中心，拥有空调住宿，距离商业广场有7分钟步行路程，距离圣乔治城堡有1.1公里，距离罗西奥有1分钟步行路程。住宿提供免费WiFi。 每间房间都提供带冰箱的设施齐全的厨房、带沙发床休息区、平板电视、洗衣机以及带淋浴设施和免费洗浴用品的私人浴室。住宿还配备洗碗机、烤箱和微波炉以及咖啡机和电热水壶。... 這個地點絕對是最棒的選擇，我們的房間窗戶甚至直接對著Rossio square 購買里斯本卡的ask me Lisboa小亭也在廣場周邊，我們看著開門才走下去買票卡非常方便 訂房後先填寫check-in資訊就可以拿到大門的密碼了 2樓有行李房，如果提早到，還沒到check-in時間也可以自己先去放行李 （有電梯不過滿小的，入口到電梯大約還有5階樓梯需要抬一下） 房間也是使用密碼鎖，不怕弄丟房卡也不用擔心分批回到飯店房卡不夠的問題 房間很寬敞，設備一應俱全 餐具碗盤數量充足、整潔，要自煮絕對沒有問題，連調味料都有提供 （甚至我記得還有一罐米跟義大利麵） 有咖啡機、洗碗機 也有洗烘衣機（當然也附上充足的洗衣粉，洗烘衣機就在自己房內非常方便） check-in進房後冰箱也提供了一些飲料優格水果等，餐桌上擺著點心 我們真的覺得這個住宿地點太棒了，非常感動 如果還有機會再回到里斯本，這裡絕對會是我們再一次的選擇 對了非常感謝Vera小姐，從頭到尾都很熱心、很仔細地跟我說房內的東西如何使用 也在我有疑問時都可以很快速的回應我並且給我有效的協助 Thank you, Vera!

We loved our stay at this charming hotel full of character , the location was perfect within a short walking distance to all the main sights and restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and it was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful And we absolutely loved the breakfast , it was amazing, delicious and served in a delightful dining room . Would stay there again without any hesitation.

The location is in a centrally located area, close to the main sites of interests and shopping. it is also close to a metro stop, which made getting to the airport and/or large train station to connect to Porto easy. There are quite a few restaurants and coffee shops as well. The breakfast was a small buffet but all the food prepared was good, they elected to have quality options vs quantity. The staff was accommodating and nice. My room was not ready because I arrived hours before check in, but they held my bag, offered me tea/snack in the breakfast room and told me were the rest room is, if I needed it. My room was a good size with a balcony but I didn't get to enjoy it much on this short trip.

We have stayed here 7 nights in December 2025 as a family of 3. Room was very clean, spacious and well equipped. It was comfy and quite although it was in the center of downtown. The staff was attentive, kind, very responsive and they took care of everything very fast. I absolutely recommend this place.
