First of all the entire staff was helpful and incredibly nice. From the restaurant staff, pool staff, cleaners, concierge and management. Location you can’t be closer to shopping and food hall than this hotel. Cleaning staff did a great job. Food was one of the best we have eaten and were always restocked. The pool are has something for everyone. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we are in Pattaya
