The staff (Azziz) were very helpful and welcoming. Every thing about the property was perfect, the only down side was the value for money was almost £250 for just two night very very expensive.

The large 5* hotels could take lessons on how through their room cleaning / turn down service was.

We booked this place for my wife’s birthday, and the staff were extremely helpful in arranging everything — from the restaurant and cake to the overall stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the service was excellent. A special thanks to Ons, who was incredibly cooperative and made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place
