Where do I even start… We stayed for 4 days during the week of April 13th to celebrate my boyfriend’s 30th birthday, and we had high expectations for this resort. It not only met them, but it exceeded them ! Arrival We arrived around 10:30 pm and were warmly welcomed by Melki, whose kindness immediately made us feel at home. She also informed us that our room had been upgraded, which was a good surprise ! Room Our upgraded room was incredible ! It was a beautiful double room with a private swimming pool, just steps from the beach. Absolutely perfect. The room is extremely clean, towels changed and minibar refilled every days if you want to. To make things even more special, they decorated the room with balloons and a personalized note for my boyfriend’s birthday ! Such a thoughtful touch! And they didn’t just do it on arrival, they surprised us again on the D-day ! The guest relations team truly is top level ! Food I honestly don’t understand the few negative comments about the food. The buffet restaurant was outstanding , there was an incredible variety, everything was fresh, and absolutely delicious. I already miss it! The staff were also wonderful, attentive, friendly, always smiling. Not to miss that even if you miss the buffet, the snack bar in the afternoon offers very tasty options as well!! Restaurant For my boyfriend’s birthday, we wanted to celebrate in an à la carte restaurant. At the guest relations office, Nino welcomed us with such warmth and even offered the dinner as a gift , another lovely gesture we won’t forget. We dined at the rooftop Turkish restaurant, and everything was perfect: the food, the service (thanks to Barry and his team), and the surprise birthday cake with a candle. They truly make you feel special and cared for !! Amenities The weather wasn’t perfect, so we couldn’t swim in the sea, but the heated pool was an absolute treat. We also enjoyed activities like darts and table tennis.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. Nice beach, delicious food and friendly staff. I booked the room to celebrate birthday, and the staff provided a delicious birthday cake with a Prosecco. We enjoyed it very much.

Nice large and warm apartment, we had one with private pool. Note in December pools are not heated (which I knew in advance) and garden is in shadow but I used main pool which was sunny.. Cold water run in sinks, but it was same in other apartment we stayed in Turkey, but in shower there was hot water, a little slow to adjust. Bed comfy, everything super clean, when asked for warmer duvet was sorted right away. If anything I would recommend to add more hangers in the bathroom, bedside lamps, some more cutlery and juice glasses would be nice. Electricity went off few times, but it was in the whole area, and happened few days in dif place so winter must be some sort of issues in general in Turkey. The staff is at reception 24/7 and very helpful, responsive via whatsup. Parking can be full on street, but can find more arround the corner near Migros. Nice place close to beach-5 min walk. We spent new years eve in their restaurant by the beach JU and it was amazing! Highly recommend this place

The staff are so welcoming and eager to please. From the reception to the restaurants, swim up bar and room cleaners, everything is perfect. The food is exceptional, drinks top class!

Lovely hotel with very attentive staff that were extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back again. Great location in central oludeniz and nice and close to the beach. Breakfast was also very good.
