The interior space in the house is more than ample with 4900+ sqft of living space, so it’s perfect for groups of 8-10 people max (if allowed). Will definitely be staying again!

I live in Chicago but needed to be in the loop for early meetings so rented this apartment closer to my office. Location is excellent, in a safe area with easy access to public transportation, the beach, and walkable to shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and well appointed with a comfortable bed, plenty of towels (and robes!), and basic items for cooking. Hosts also provided some snacks and water/coke in the fridge. Heat/AC is controlled in the unit above, but I appreciated that I was able to keep the unit at a comfortable temperature for me using the portable A/C unit provided (there's also a heater). Communication was great ahead of and throughout my stay and check-in was a breeze. I received an email with the lockbox code the day before my arrival, and was even able to check in a little early. Instructions provided for the unit were helpful and the checkout process was easy and reasonable. There are a few stairs going down into the unit, then some smaller steps inside the entryway and inside the unit. I tripped over some of the steps a couple times before I finally remembered they were there - not the host's fault, just something for others to be aware of if you're clumsy like me. :)
