Debbie, the host/manager or we'd rahter call her "The Angel of fhe House", was impressively professional, immediately answering to any request we might have had before we arrived and during our stay, no matter what time of the day or night it was. She also organized many things for us during our stay, recommended us a great restaurant nearby, and an excellent breakfast option in a nearby hotel, always giving us the feeling of being welcome from a heart. Almost like family. Infinite and personal thanks to HER! We needed laundry service, which was promptly delivered within 3 hours, perfectly washed, ironed and agreably perfumed. All the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful at any time. Our flight was 3 hours late, so we arrived almost at midnight. Debbie had everything perfectly prepared and arranged for our late arrival, the night security gentleman was perfectly informed and extremely corteous and helpful with our luggage, without even having ro ask him. All in all, on a scale from 1 to 10.....20!!! We will definitely come back!! Generally we have to point out, that St. Vincent is an incredibly friendly caribbean Island, with very friendly helpful and attentive people, always a smile on tjeir face. with stunning Nature. Definitely worth a visit. Please note. VERY IMPORTANT: : a rental car is absolutely essential for your independance and moving flexibility.

Superb staff - especially front desk supervisor Zemora ( nothing was too much trouble ) Tia in the restaurant such a cheerful lovely girl , Dimitri by the beach always helpful and both Jimmy the assistant manager and Pascal the manager were very approachable and friendly . The rooms we stayed in were in the main hotel at the front . Extremely comfortable beds , cleaned everyday so quickly , great shower - and lovely view from balcony . Breakfast was very tasty with good selection . Sold wine by the glass which was decent quality . Dinner menu pretty good - we ate there one night and followed the recommendations by the staff as where to eat other nights . Lots of bars and restaurants nearby - just a walk away . We will definitely go back there - the whole place is totally laidback.
