Cody was the best receptionist I've met in all my travels. He's very friendly and genuinely cares about making sure that I dont only have the best time in Da Nang but the best time in Vietnam. He answered all my questions, gave me food reco in Hoi An, Hue, and Da Nang, gave to tips to avoid getting ripped off and my son absolutely adores him!

Every moment at this hotel felt special, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. If I could give more than 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience. Special thanks to Lenn, who went above and beyond! She was texting with me on WhatsApp, answering all my questions faster than Google—seriously!
