The house is right on the beach — literally about 2 meters to the water. It’s a quiet place where there are always very few people. You can wake up, go straight into the sea, and then drink your coffee from a coffee machine and throw little stones into the sea while sitting on the sand. There is also a new children’s playground right in front of the house. Without a car it might feel a bit remote, but I stayed without one and didn’t have any problems — there are a few restaurants on delivery apps (Foody and Wolt), and food usually arrives within an hour. Lidl supermarket is just 4 km away (but in a summer it is quite a walk). There is a bus stop in front of the house, but the bus comes only once in two hour or so. The beach is sandy with stones. For about 50 meters the water is only knee-deep. It’s great for families with children. The house has been recently renovated. There’s everything you might need. There is a smart TV (Netflix, YouTube) and excellent Wi-Fi. The bed linen is nice.

Right next to the villa there is a salt lake where was saw several flamingos (early December). A couple of very nice restaurants in Kiti and around. Very short drive to Lidl.

It’s ideal for a small group or family. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a calm, clean, and comfortable place to stay away from busy areas.

The house has an interesting sailing style. The host helped us with all of our needs and always answered fast and friendly.
