Situated on the most cosmopolitan sandy and pebbled beach of the city of Rhodes, a few minutes’ walk from the centre, the Ibiscus complex offers a small swimming pool. Our stay at Ibiscus Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We traveled as a family with our baby, and the level of care, hospitality, and attention we received exceeded all our expectations. The hotel itself was excellent in every aspect – spotless rooms, great facilities, a fantastic location, and a welcoming atmosphere. What truly made our experience special, however, was the outstanding staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. We were especially impressed by how attentive and accommodating the team was to our baby's needs. Traveling with an infant can sometimes be challenging, but the staff made everything so easy and stress-free for us. Their genuine care and willingness to help at every opportunity made a huge difference to our family. It is rare to find such a high level of service combined with warm and sincere hospitality. We felt genuinely valued as guests and created beautiful memories during our stay. It was a beautiful and thoughtful gesture that made us feel welcomed from the very first moment. The rooms are luxurious, comfortable, and cleaned daily to the highest standards. Every day, we were provided with fine chocolates and premium Italian coffee in the room, adding an extra touch of elegance and hospitality. What impressed us the most was the outstanding service from the staff. They treat every guest like royalty and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. The breakfast was exceptional—rich, fresh, diverse, and of the highest quality, truly worthy of a luxury hotel. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff, especially the lady who cleaned our room every day with great care and attention to detail. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes.
