The steam/dry sauna, cold/hot plunge, swimming pool, LED therapy, oxygen and cryotherapy are all included in your stay and everything is very well maintained. Their kitchen serves the most delicious plant based food and you get a free green smoothie every morning. I had a much needed detox here and met some cool people. Location is also close to the beach, restaurant, bars, massage places and Pilates studio. I will definitely be back
