The rooms were exceptional and so much space for our family to relax and chill for the 5 days we spent there. The location is fantastic with a less than 5 min walk to massage places, restaurants, cafes and access to the sanur boardwalk all along the beach. Bill was an amazing host there to greet us when we arrived with a map of the area, suggestions for restaurants and was always very quick to respond when we had any queries (esepcially when we needed a doctor when he came through with a great recommendation). He also organised our airport transfers and day trip with very nice drivers. The pool and surrounding garden is also very lovely and private. We loved staying here!

The staff is very courteous. Food there is extremely good. Breakfast especially is exceptional. The chef personally asked us what we wanted and catered to our requirements. Very very good!
