The owner was very kind and available whenever there was an issue. When we arrived there was a bottle of wine in the fridge as well as some water. It's right beside a beautiful beach. Fertilia is a quiet place but there are some good restaurants in town and it is very easy to go to Alghero by bus. The air con in the house was great to have as it was hotter than expected! The house is very spacious and it was a pleasure to hang out in.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Stylish & Spacious Townhouse - Walk to Beach & Town is set in Fertilia. Our host was an excellent communicator. And any time we had any issues. She was able to resolve them swiftly. It was an excellent base to visit the local beaches and quiet at night. We were only a couple of hundred metres away from a very clear, small, almost private beach, which we loved. (no beach rental lounger there, but crystal clear water, and we were so close to home that you'd not need facilities) In the other direction, towards the village, there were a couple of fabulous little restaurants and cafes that opened early in the morning at 7:00 am, so we could go and enjoy a coffee before the heat. The local supermarket had everything that we needed. Fertilia is a nice, quiet suburban spot but very close to fantastic beaches and to other Alghero hot spots.
