Situated in Porto Rotondo, 800 metres from Sassi Beach and 19 km from Olbia Harbour, Punta Lada offers a garden and air conditioning. 1.View is amazing 2. House is big enough for 2-3, it was clean, most of the amenities work flawless (except wi-fi), 3. It was good to see some basic kitchen staff (oil, salt, sugar etc. kept), toiletries etc. kept for guests. 4. Host is nice, there was some issue with society wifi (its cluster of villas), so he arranged a separate modem for me. 5. I visited during off-season (Oct-Apr end), so it was nice and secluded, far away from crowd.

Comfy beds Great showers Compact with everything you needed (except a kettle - but just boiled water in a pan instead!) Pool area - and access to private beach/rocky area with steps to sea were added bonus. Large Field area with football and playground for kids.
