We had a fantastic experience at VOI Tanka Village, and one of the highlights was the exceptional care we received from Tiziana at the biberoneria (nursery). Travelling with three young children can be a challenge, but Tiziana made it feel effortless. She warmly welcomed us, clearly explained all the nursery rules, and personally showed us around so we knew exactly how everything worked. Her calm and friendly manner instantly put us—and our kids—at ease. She took great care of the children, helping with feeding times and even providing yogurt when they needed a little snack. Her attention to detail and genuine care were deeply appreciated. Our kids were over the moon when they received little gifts—adorable inflatable cushions that they absolutely loved. They left the biberoneria every time with big smiles on their faces. And of course, happy kids = happy parents! Tiziana’s support truly made our stay more relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you so much for your kindness and dedication—we’ll remember it fondly!
