Very helpful, welcoming staff, the on site restaurant is among the best on the beach. Everything is exactly as the pictures show. To be preferred to the “zona hotelera” if you just want to relax on the beach.

Slightly out of town so be prepared for that. All inclusive isn’t a usual but enough choice to get you through a meal. Don’t book excursions at the desk, we found that to be misleading and a rip off

Despite the amount of sargasum (which is out of the control of the property), the beach was nice and clean overall. The service and staff were very polite and welcoming and the room was very clean.
