I had a few concerns before arriving, as I had come across some mixed and not-so-positive reviews about the hotel. However, after staying here with my family and family friends, I can genuinely say that our experience was completely different we all really enjoyed our stay. Everything was of a very good standard, and the staff was incredibly friendly (special thanks to Natalia for keeping our rooms super clean) , supportive, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to the team for the way they treated my grandmother when she wasn’t feeling well. They were very caring, sending food and soups to her room and making sure she had everything she needed. We truly appreciated this kindness. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and the sea is incredibly clean and clear. The Wi-Fi worked very well throughout our stay, which was also a pleasant surprise. The food was exceptional, especially the breakfast there was a huge variety and really something for everyone. The only small point I would mention is that the à la carte menu could have had a little more variety. The selection was somewhat limited, although there were still enough options to find something enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and left with very positive impressions. If we come back to Alachati, we would definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Bartu Hotel. The hotel personnel (from housekeeping people to manager) was so attentive, kind, and helpful that there are not enough words to express our gratuity to them. They made our stay super wonderful! The breakfast was great! The pool was amazing - we utilized it every day after spending the day at the beach. The location is perfect: the hotel is close to Boyalik Beach and to the Cesme center (about 15 min walk to each). The bus that goes to the Ilica Beach and to Alacati stopes conveniently almost in front of the hotel. There is a market store that is below the hotel that has everything you need. Overall - everything was perfect!

We had a great stay. Everthing was perfect. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is very rich and delicious, hotel is located in between several beaches and you can easily get around with the domestic bus, which stops right in front of the hotel.
