The train I was on to reach Gotha "forgot" to stop (yes, really), so I arrived later than expected. After I called Nico to explain the situation, he very patiently walked me through how to get my keys and spontaneously added my WhatsApp to make sure I could contact him if I needed help. I recently stayed at the Eisenach pension and had a wonderful experience. The room was absolutely brilliant – spacious, impeccably clean, and boasted a very comfortable bed. The inclusion of a small kitchen area was a thoughtful touch that added to the convenience, especially for a short stay. While there was a minor hiccup during check-in, the lady in the laundry went above and beyond to assist.
