Everything was super clean, new, and well maintained. Amenities were a super nice touch, and Anja is extremely nice as a host. Isonzo valley really deserves multiple visits to go though it all, and we will use this as a base also for future visits!

There are two main benefits to staying at this place. For one, Barbara is a warm host, and she has excellent knowledge of the area. If you have any questions about how to get somewhere or what to do, she has you covered. Secondly, the location is excellent. It's right in front of the Soca river, and it's only a 3 minute walk to a grocery store and a bus stop that will take you to Tolmin.

They took us in so welcoming after a long day of hiking. The food (we ordered Pizza and Apfelstrudel for dessert) was delicious and a real highlight was their homemade icecream. All rooms including the shared bathroom were totally clean, beds were comfortable.
