The host is really lovely. We had our stay at the beginning of June,when the whole Resort is opening, there for its restaurant wasn't fully working. The host was so kind and took us to a nearby town to get some dinner. The room was clean and modern with a beautiful view of the lake.

A really quite and chill place near a clean beach on Lake Sevan. The property was really big and nice, they have places to chill in the garden! The living room area is comunal but is really comfortable, if you are lucky and there aren’t any other guests it’s like having your own apartment. We asked for breakfast and it was amazing, everything handmade and from their garden! They are also very warm and welcoming a great place to stay!

Big beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. There is a lot of character and authenticity to this guesthouse which makes for an amazing stay. Norik is very helpful and kind and could answer all my questions about the area. The breakfast is also very nice and plentiful.

The best of all has been the great hospitality that the whole family has given us. It was great to chat and even sing together. We also loved being able to enjoy the garden and try the fruits, especially the raspberries. Oh, and the fantastic breakfast they have prepared for us.

Really cosy rooms, extraordinary tasty meals and exciting stories. The place is a little far from the Sevan lake, but you can take a scenic walk in the mountains and find your way down to the water and it's really worth it. The hosts are kind and hospitable people doing immense work on supporting and restoring the local community and cultural traditions. I'll definitely consider Etiuni for future trips to Sevan.

I wish I could give it 11 and not just 10. Super clean, completely surrounded by nature with beautiful views, snd Satenik was a perfect host! We also had a delicious dinner prepared for us by her and we highly recommend that too! One of the best places I’ve stayed in!
