The living room area is comunal but is really comfortable, if you are lucky and there aren’t any other guests it’s like having your own apartment. We asked for breakfast and it was amazing, everything handmade and from their garden! They are also very warm and welcoming a great place to stay!

Throughout the whole stay from the arrival until the departure, I felt very welcome. The guest family even invited me to eat dinner with them, I enjoyed the time with them a lot. All in all, it was a perfect stay. It's only a pity that I only stayed one night ;) If you are in the area, you have to stay at Moreni Guest House.

The place is a little far from the Sevan lake, but you can take a scenic walk in the mountains and find your way down to the water and it's really worth it. The hosts are kind and hospitable people doing immense work on supporting and restoring the local community and cultural traditions. I'll definitely consider Etiuni for future trips to Sevan.
