A really quite and chill place near a clean beach on Lake Sevan. The property was really big and nice, they have places to chill in the garden! The living room area is comunal but is really comfortable, if you are lucky and there aren’t any other guests it’s like having your own apartment. We asked for breakfast and it was amazing, everything handmade and from their garden! They are also very warm and welcoming a great place to stay!

Just what we needed when arriving in Sevan: a convenient location for us when approaching on foot from the south, and also convenient for leaving town by road. The room was comfy, the shower was good, and they provided a very good laundry service for all our hiking gear (only 1000 AMD). Breakfast was incredible

Good stay. The host and the staffs were very friendly. The previous reviews helped us to find the location easily as the entrance is from back side of their dental clinic which is also owned by host who is a dentist. They opened a new restaurant and we had breakfast there. I would recommend this place. Just 15 mins drive from sevan lake and monastery.

This is a great family accommodation where the owners love the local history and archeology that goes back 5 thousand years. They prepared a great dinner and breakfast for us and ať the evening we had a nice time and talk together. I think this place will show you the real Armenia. This was the best accommodation during the time we were in Armenia.
