Wonderful place. Everything new and clean. Close to the beach and beautiful view of the mountains. Super friendly and nice owner. You can order breakfast and dinner etc. There are also restaurants nearby. Close to the city. Super price for this standard. ☺️

The location was absolutely perfect, offering complete privacy thanks to the private property on the shores of Lake Sevan. A peaceful seclusion, it was incredibly convenient. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed: clean bedding, a warm shower, heating, Wi-Fi, TV, and a cozy kitchen. A special thanks to the wonderful host, Mamikon, who welcomed us with warmth and care.

A very beautiful and scenic camping-style place with several cabins right on the shore of Lake Sevan. Getting there by car from Yerevan Airport is convenient and straightforward. There is parking right next to the cabin, as well as a beach where you can swim and sunbathe. Sun loungers are also available, and the cabin has a lovely terrace. It is truly a wonderful and peaceful place to return to after a day spent travelling around beautiful Armenia. Food can be ordered for delivery, and the menu is available in the cabin. The staff are very pleasant and friendly! Overall, a very enjoyable experience. Thank you!

Great locations. A small camp with 6-8 houses. The exteriors are outdated, but the interiors have undergone a full renovation. We really have enjoyed the huge panoramic window in the living room area with the sea view. Small but private beach, BBQ area.

Cozy apartment in the center of Sevan. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay, the kitchen is fully equipped. Grocery stores, bakeries, banks are conveniently located nearby. It is not far from the lake - 30 minutes on foot. Ideal for a two-person holiday. There is a comfortable third bed. In addition, there are two folding beds, which is also not bad.

This is backpacker heaven, the kind of hostel equipped with everything travellers might need. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are nice spaces for hanging out and meeting other travellers, you can (and should) rent a bike to see around the nice town and nearby area. There is laundry, nearby shops, it's close to the marshrutka stop and the beach, the owner is super kind and ready to answer all question! I really hope more people strat exploring from Sevan town, it's really a nice town for a base.

Good vibes in this place, quiet and far from the city center. Good place to meet other people: it has 4 rooms and 1 shared bathroom and kitchen (well equipped). We were 3 friends and we stayed in the pink room which is spatious and equipped with a little table where you can eat. We could sleep very well even if the beds have broken springs.

The host was very kind, the room spacious and comfortable. We could use the common kitchen, very well equipped. The place has a special charm, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommed the place!
