Spectacular Views & Location: The location is unmatched. The floor-to-ceiling windows look directly onto the lake, with nobody passing in front of you. It is incredibly beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. The monastery on the peninsula is also very close by. Amenities & Interior: The interior matches the photos perfectly. The hosts provide a pair of binoculars, a barbecue grill, and outdoor seating with a tent for shade. Kitchen & Essentials: The small kitchen is very convenient for cooking. It is well-stocked with dishes, pans, an electric kettle, salt, sugar, coffee, spices, oatmeal, and even a cezve (turka) for coffee. There is a nice dining table to enjoy meals with family, and a comfortable sofa. Cleanliness & Toiletries: The place was quite clean. They provide good towels, slippers, toothbrushes, shampoo, and soap.

The location was absolutely perfect, offering complete privacy thanks to the private property on the shores of Lake Sevan. A peaceful seclusion, it was incredibly convenient. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed: clean bedding, a warm shower, heating, Wi-Fi, TV, and a cozy kitchen. A special thanks to the wonderful host, Mamikon, who welcomed us with warmth and care.
