Hotels with Parking in Sevan

Great views, extensive breakfast, extremely friendly and helpful staff. And they DO have Wi-Fi, although otherwise stated.

Amazing place and amazing staff

Very nice view and privacy in the bungalow. Good breakfast.

Great place by the lakes and rooms are large with all mod cons. Nice outside heated pool with a really nice bar/restaurant on site. Also have to say how great Edgar was who met and helped us during our stay. Very supportive and kind.

Great location right next to the stairs leading to the monastery, 2 min walk to the beach. The breakfast is good but the same each day.

great location, just off the main road Nairyan Street. Cosy room, comfortable bed and a wonderful breakfast served in the room. Everything is newly built and very clean. Host is extremely friendly and always available, she speaks German&English!! Marshrutky place is just 5 min. walk away (corner Savat-Nova St). Entrance is from the back, but go to the dentist/beauty parlour in the front, it's them. They will know you're coming.

The staff and the place were truly amazing

Beautiful and very clean accomodation. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Definitely recommend to stay!

Everything was amazing. We wish we could have stayed longer. Our host was sooo helpful with great advice for the area. A beautiful place

Perfect staff, tasty food, proximity to lake, calm area.

Perfect location with lake view and a one minute walk to the beach. Very kind and help ful staff. We enjoyed the breakfast in the gazebo. We recommend the hotel to all who look for a balance between a tourist resort and cultural heritage, since the Sevanavank church complex and the Writers hotel are also nearby.

It’s value to money and the owner is very well respected of his guest .

Great place and the guy managing the place is very nice . He is ready to help anytime

The place is amazing, and the people working there are very nice and helpful. The photos are true to the reality, so the overall stay was exactly what we expected. Thank you so much!

Great location, comfortable room. Owner is very welcoming and helpful.

The property is situated in a small village a few minute drive away from sevan. The garden is beautiful and the perfect place to take a seat, eat an apple and read something.

Room condition was perfect.. kitchen, washroom condition was so good.. love to stay here.. Thanks for such amazing service 🙏

Lovely family - there are so many amazing old instruments and old artefacts on the walls. Really open and lovely people. They didn’t speak much English but that didn’t get in the way

Cozy apartment in the center of Sevan. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay, the kitchen is fully equipped. Grocery stores, bakeries, banks are conveniently located nearby. It is not far from the lake - 30 minutes on foot. Ideal for a two-person holiday. There is a comfortable third bed. In addition, there are two folding beds, which is also not bad.
