Great place by the lakes and rooms are large with all mod cons. Nice outside heated pool with a really nice bar/restaurant on site. Also have to say how great Edgar was who met and helped us during our stay. Very supportive and kind.

Perfect location with lake view and a one minute walk to the beach. Very kind and help ful staff. We enjoyed the breakfast in the gazebo. We recommend the hotel to all who look for a balance between a tourist resort and cultural heritage, since the Sevanavank church complex and the Writers hotel are also nearby.

Absolutely amazing! The room was very comfortable and big, very warm, shower had amazing hot water pressure. The family made us a delicious breakfast everything home made. Also the whole place was incredibly clean, beyond our expectations

The property is situated in a small village a few minute drive away from sevan. The garden is beautiful and the perfect place to take a seat, eat an apple and read something.

great location, just off the main road Nairyan Street. Cosy room, comfortable bed and a wonderful breakfast served in the room. Everything is newly built and very clean. Host is extremely friendly and always available, she speaks German&English!! Marshrutky place is just 5 min. walk away (corner Savat-Nova St). Entrance is from the back, but go to the dentist/beauty parlour in the front, it's them. They will know you're coming.

It is set very nicely near Lake Sevan and offers up a cosy yet rustic feel.

Everything very new and clean. Despite the language barrier, the young couple shows great hospitality. The food is superb. Would 100% come back.

We booked the apt on the way there and got to the location in 1hr. The gentleman in-charge managed to get the apt cleaned and ready for us to check in right away. The property is in immaculate condition, under 1 minute to the private beach and the deck. We parked our car right in front of the apt door. Will definitely recommend it.

We checked in quickly and without any problems after 6 PM. The quality of the furniture, appliances, and bathroom fixtures in the room was excellent — much better than what we usually see in similar places. There are two spacious shared kitchens (one inside and one outside), fully equipped with everything needed, which was very convenient. The outdoor area is beautiful: quiet, full of greenery, with lawns, a garden, benches, tables, and even gazebos where it’s very pleasant to sit in the shade or enjoy breakfast. There are also barbecue facilities in the yard, which is a great addition. The location is close enough to Lake Sevan to reach it on foot, and the Norashen Reserve is also nearby, but it’s best visited by car.

This is the best place to lodge around Lake Sevan. Walking distance from the lake and the hotel's restaurant. A very peaceful place to stay.

It has the potential to be a perfect 10 with just a few small improvements. The resort itself is fantastic, and guests can use all of its facilities free of charge during the day. The accommodation is brand new and offers an incredible views over the lake. At sunrise and sunset you’ll likely have the place almost entirely to yourself, which makes the experience even more special.
