This was by far the best accommodation we had during our travel around Armenia. The "Luxury" in the name has a meaning. We felt like family guests, the hosts also gave us many tips for attractions in the area. Abundant and delicious breakfast. Plus, we got a really good price with free upgrade - maybe it was an effect of off season, but it made the price-value ratio really unbeatable.

Out of many hotels I’ve seen in Armenia this one is by far the most cozy and comfortable. Super nice hosts, comfy bed free tea/coffee 24/7 and delicious breakfast. The host kindly helped us get a taxi back.

The location is great, because it is directly on the lake and there is a pool and lake access and sunbeds. The restaurant is good and accommodating. There is an abundance of food for breakfast. The rooms are spacious and it mainly caters for families. Wifi was excellent.

Warm, comfortable and spacy apartment. It made us fully relaxed and enjoyed a family trip together. The lake is connected and the apartment is right on the stone beach. The sunshine is warm and easy for lake swimming. It will turn cold after sunset.

NIce and clean accomondation close to lake.Everything is modern and usefull.. Think best palce to stay for family with kids,couse all complex is fenced and pool is great in good weather. We had a small problem od our arrive in sunday ,couse really loudy bar next to the complex,but stuff was helpfull in few minutes and they gave us another cottage. We can only reccomend...
