Great views, extensive breakfast, extremely friendly and helpful staff. And they DO have Wi-Fi, although otherwise stated.

Great place by the lakes and rooms are large with all mod cons. Nice outside heated pool with a really nice bar/restaurant on site. Also have to say how great Edgar was who met and helped us during our stay. Very supportive and kind.

Great location right next to the stairs leading to the monastery, 2 min walk to the beach. The breakfast is good but the same each day.

great location, just off the main road Nairyan Street. Cosy room, comfortable bed and a wonderful breakfast served in the room. Everything is newly built and very clean. Host is extremely friendly and always available, she speaks German&English!! Marshrutky place is just 5 min. walk away (corner Savat-Nova St). Entrance is from the back, but go to the dentist/beauty parlour in the front, it's them. They will know you're coming.

Lovely family - there are so many amazing old instruments and old artefacts on the walls. Really open and lovely people. They didn’t speak much English but that didn’t get in the way

The apartment is located in the center of Sevan, close to banks and supermarkets, and very convenient for reaching Sevanavank. The host was very kind and personally helped me resolve some issues that were not related to the apartment

The host was very prompt in response. The room wasn't warm enough and they offered a portable heater. It would be better if there is floor carpets or some inside slippers done.

This is backpacker heaven, the kind of hostel equipped with everything travellers might need. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are nice spaces for hanging out and meeting other travellers, you can (and should) rent a bike to see around the nice town and nearby area. There is laundry, nearby shops, it's close to the marshrutka stop and the beach, the owner is super kind and ready to answer all question! I really hope more people strat exploring from Sevan town, it's really a nice town for a base.

Perfect staff, tasty food, proximity to lake, calm area.

Perfect location with lake view and a one minute walk to the beach. Very kind and help ful staff. We enjoyed the breakfast in the gazebo. We recommend the hotel to all who look for a balance between a tourist resort and cultural heritage, since the Sevanavank church complex and the Writers hotel are also nearby.

The house is very beautiful and Erik, the owner helps us to find the right info about the train leaving Sevan to Yerevan. He was very kind using a translator.

Absolutely amazing! The room was very comfortable and big, very warm, shower had amazing hot water pressure. The family made us a delicious breakfast everything home made. Also the whole place was incredibly clean, beyond our expectations

The property is situated in a small village a few minute drive away from sevan. The garden is beautiful and the perfect place to take a seat, eat an apple and read something.
