The hotel is close to the shore of Lake Sevan. A lovely room with an internal staircase. There are two separate beds on the lower floor, and a bedroom on the second floor. There is a table and chairs for eating inside. The place is modernly furnished, clean and spacious. There is enough hot water with good pressure. The hosts are very kind and ready to help. The breakfast did not disappoint us either. It was delicious and completely sufficient. There were eggs, sausages, yellow cheese, mulberry and apricot jam and traditional Armenian bread.

Reception staff Anne very efficient, polite, welcoming and attentive. Room of very comfortable size with a balcony. Loved the tranquility of the place, despite a restaurant on the ground floor. Breakfast was out of this world. Amazing selection of cheeses, cooked eggs with tomatoes (traditional dish), pies, souces, sweets and fruits. The chef is of the owners. Been waited by Artur & David who gave us all the attention and care they could. A huge thanks to them and congrats to the chef.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly. The environment was very clean and peaceful. Even though I was late checking in, they were very kind and waited for me و And the atmosphere was very lovely and quiet. The location is quiet and beautiful, right in front of the mountains. The air is very fresh, I cannot remember the last time we slept so well and uninterrupted. The hosts and their family are very kind, hospitable and respectful people, we've had a wonderful time chatting with them (mostly in Russian). The house is always clean and the Armenian national food served here will pleasantly surprise you. This is our second time staying here and definitely not the last!

Cozy apartment in the center of Sevan. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay, the kitchen is fully equipped. Grocery stores, bakeries, banks are conveniently located nearby. It is not far from the lake - 30 minutes on foot. Ideal for a two-person holiday. There is a comfortable third bed. In addition, there are two folding beds, which is also not bad.

The house is very clean, food is great and the host is really nice. You get full little house in the backyard for this price: one bedroom with a big bed, one bedroom with two small beds, bathroom and a kitchen with living room. It is close to the city center. We got omlet with vegetables for our breakfast and a very good coffee, it comes in takeaway boxes which is very convenient if you are in a rush cause you can take it with you. There is also a really great internet and host replies to your messages.

The apartment is located in the center of Sevan, close to banks and supermarkets, and very convenient for reaching Sevanavank. The host was very kind and personally helped me resolve some issues that were not related to the apartment

The hotel is in the very center, close to buses from Yerevan, groceries, and exchange. Nice dinner in the nearby cafe. Polite host.

we had the best stay ever. the host was the kindest and very helpful. He helped us to get to the monastery and he was always available and ready to help us. we ordered food from a local restaurant for a very affordable price and they delivered it right at our door. the place is very clean. we really loved our stay here. we recommended it! 10/10!

The owner is a really nice and helpful person, she lives in the next building so her response was really quick whenever we needed something, the place is clean, has all the features that you would look for in a Airbnb

Owner is a gem of a person and will go out of the help . He dropped me to the beach free of cost and even dropped me to intercity bus station.
