I had a wonderful experience staying here. The place was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning and made the stay even more enjoyable. Very spacious and nice apartment. Own entrance from the pleasant garden. You feel like you are in your own home. Good location in the city. Very suitable for a longer stay as the apartment is well equipped. The host's family is very nice and helpful! Nearby: not far from the train station and the main street, where there are plenty of shops. The lake and beach are less than 3 km on foot or a short taxi ride away. The location offers possibilities for trips to Sevenavank and to the Writer's House, where it is nice to have a coffee on the terrace. Don't forget to have grilled fish from lake Sevan!
