Good for relaxation, there is no internet or signal at the cottage, which allows for social media detox. However, broadband is available near the main building/restaurant if you can't live without internet. I was able to do a couple of web/video calls to my office early in the morning before going deep into the forest.

Best choice ever, wonderful place, you experience life in the jungle, with comfort, and great food prepared by the Chef Edney, who was also very kind in showing my father how to prepare the delicious fish. You will feel safe, comfortable and at home. They treat you like family, Manoel our tour guide took the time to show us his village and meet the locals. The hotel is part of a very safe and welcoming community. There, everyone knows everyone, they help each other, they are very friendly, and most people are related, from the person who picks you up at the airport, to the tour guide, to those who work at the hotel, to the people at the attractions sites. We enjoyed it very much and it was the best experience ever, especially for my in-laws who had never been to Brazil before. Now they are in love with this place and can't wait to come back.

Safety and security is well maintained. The rooms were neat and clean. Water available 24/7. Hot water was available for shower.
