On our way home, we realized we had left ski boots in the ski room. Without hesitation, the hotel staff located them and shipped them back to us! This level of care and attention to detail is truly remarkable and greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Piz Ot to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable ski holiday. The combination of its great location, modern amenities, delicious food, and outstanding staff makes it a top choice. We will definitely be returning!

The people at the hotel were marvelously accommodating with ever present smiles. The location was perfect for me with a great spa just around the corner and the slopes a short bus ride away. And the room included free bus rides. The breakfast was a delightful buffet. I always started the mornings with a happy belly.
