I very much enjoyed the customer service beforehand and during our stay. There was a little bit of a language barrier in person, but as I had learned German in the past, I was able to understand the staff rather well. The lady at the reception was super helpful, sweet and really positive. I very much enjoyed how she interacted with me and my toddler. I would rate the breakfast 10/10 and the atmosphere even higher. The room was great and more than enough for the two of us staying there. The TV had a great selection of apps and we were able to watch everything we wanted, mostly Bluey though. It was a very enjoyable experience and I appreciate the staff!

Külalistemaja asub Berliini kesklinnas, Wittenbergplatzi metroojaamast 50 m ja KaDeWe kaubamajast mõne sammu kaugusel. Külalistemajas on avarad toad ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. the stuff was so friendly and nice, the place was clean and nice ,the location was perfect 👌 and so lively every thing was so close ,and there is super market next door and every brand is a walking distance and a near bus station and metro.

The room was basic but had everything I required. There's a delicious Thai restaurant in the same building and many other dining choices nearby, including a large grocery store. This neighborhood is outside of the historical part of Berlin but there are busses and the S Bahn close by and it is quiet and felt very safe. Getting in was easy as well. Served my purpose...it was clean and the manager was very friendly.
