I had a truly wonderful experience with Tiye Pyramids Hotel, especially during the private Alexandria trip that was perfectly arranged for my wife and me. From the very beginning, the reception team was extremely helpful, caring, and professional. They took great care of us, explained every detail clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable and well-prepared before the trip. The Alexandria tour was fully private, which made it very relaxing and special. It included a private car, a professional guide, and lunch, so we didn’t have to worry about anything at all. Everything was well organized and on time. We visited some of the most amazing historical places in Alexandria, including Qaitbay Citadel, Kom El Shoqafa, the Catacombs, the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, and Pompey’s Pillar. Each location was explained in a clear and interesting way by the guide, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s true that the trip was a bit expensive, but honestly, the enjoyment and quality of the experience were far beyond what I expected. It was absolutely worth it. Special thanks to the entire staff of Tiye Pyramids Hotel for their effort, professionalism, and genuine care in meeting all our needs. Thanks to them, this trip became a beautiful and unforgettable memory for us. Highly recommended.

Mostafa is a true gentleman , always polite and with welcoming smile he is looking after his guests providing free water all the time and will go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and safe.He can organize drivers with car to bring you anywhere you want with good prices . He let me stay in another room for free after checking out hours before my flight so I was able to rest and prepare for my journey.Highly recommended place to stay.

We were not disappointed. With only 2 days/2 nights in Cairo, we really needed to make the most of the visit. Abdul's communication was excellent. He customised an itinerary according to our wishes. His historical knowledge is excellent. He's an attentive and protective tour guide, that knows how to keep the scammers away. We also saw that so many knew and respected him wherever we went, which was impressive. Our itinerary was made as an all inclusive price that, for the four of us, accommodation, food and major sights, was very good. It undercut other options by far and it felt very VIP. But he also gave us the local food experience safely. Abdul and his son Mohammed are generous by nature and very interesting to spend time with. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is very spacious. They provided stacks of filtered bottled water so we never run out and always asked us if we needed more. We ate out most of the time, so we didn't test out the kitchen. We had good wifi in the apartment and Abdul gave us an early check-in after an exhausting 16 hour flight, and allowed us to crash for a few hours before providing us a huge late breakfast. That was wonderful! We thank you for such a great experience, Abdul and family. May you continue with good fortune.

The breakfast on the deck was delicious and staff were super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and showers had lots of hot water. Great location to relax on the deck and see the pyramids at sunset. Very close to sphinx and pyramids. Excellent stay.

大スフィンクスから1km以内のEyad Pyramids viewは、テラス、マッサージサービス、エアコン付きのユニット（バルコニー付）、無料WiFiを提供しています。 すべてのユニットにはオーブン、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカー、コンロ、ポットが備わります。一部のユニットには衛星薄型テレビ、設備の整ったキッチン（冷蔵庫付）、専用バスルーム（ビデ、無料バスアメニティ付）が備わります。 Eyad... 日本人へ 安いトイレバス共用に3泊しました。 ドミ泊まれる人にはめちゃくちゃおすすめです！ドミと同じ値段で個室に泊まれます。ピラミッド入り口まで徒歩5分ほど。しかも屋上からのピラミッドビュー付き！(スフィンクスは見えません) 空港送迎は$22。(2025/11時点) 事前にWhatsAppでやりとり出来るので安心できます。 水も毎日1本くれます。タオル、ドライヤーもあります。シャンプーボディソープ系は誰のかわからないのが置いてます。それは持参したほうがいいかも！ スタッフはとても親切で、快適に過ごしてほしい気持ちが伝わります。朝ごはんの時間もスケジュールに合わせてアレンジしてくれました。 また、毎日屋上でBBQをしていて、300EGPで食べられます。おいしいです。参加しているのは宿の人たちだけ。私はパーティ苦手ですが、なんだかんだ楽しめました。その時参加した人によるのかもしれません。いろんな人がいて情報交換も出来ました。嫌なら参加しなくても全然大丈夫です。私は初日と最終日に参加しました。 Wi-Fi強い方だと思います！個室の部屋内でYoutubeやNetflixも問題なく見れます。パソコンで仕事もできます。決して爆速ではありません。オンライン会議はしていないのでわかりません。 チェックイン前後に荷物も置いておけますが、共有スペースに置くので、鍵などつけておくと安心できます！ ピラミッド周りは夜うるさいと聞きますが、このエリアはギリ静かです。耳栓なしで寝れました。でも金曜の夜は近所の子供が遅くまで騒いでいたので週末は耳栓あったほうがいいかも。

An amazing breakfast on the roof terrasse with a wonderfull view over the pyramid is an experience itself. It cannot be any closer. (the official entrance is however on the other side of the area, it might be too far to walk there). Everything was perfect. I also liked the customer oriented attitude of Kareem and his brother who run this hotel -very nice, polite, not pushy and always available to answer questions and help their guests.
