There are plenty of steep stairs both in the home as well as exiting the property from the back. Something to consider if mobility is limited. Overall, I highly recommend the property. The hosts were lovely, too.

Offering free WiFi and garden views, Barons Granary is an accommodation 4 km outside Rye. Located 8 km from Camber Castle, the property provides a garden and free private parking. We received a warm welcome from Jo, she is so bubbly and made us feel right at home, ensuring we were comfortable. The bedroom and lounge are very comfy, In fact its such a lovely space, very open and airy with a beautiful wood burner fire place for this chilly evenings (and a small fridge) Breakfast was hearty and delicious. There were cereals, yogurt, fruit juices, a large pot of fresh coffee and the English fry up was great! We certainly were spoilt for choice. Thank u Jo! Only 10mins drive from RYE, so very close for exploring and a number of lovely pubs in the surrounding villages for a meal out. We would def recommend this little gem and a morning walk around the orchards is a must. We will be back.
