We got locked out and he was there in a minute, I had a question about the ferry and the front desk staff was super helpful and placed a call on my behalf. We already checked out but my boys wanted to watch a soccer game so the owner asked the coffee staff to set it up for us to watch. As a rental owner myself, I really do appreciate the attentiveness.
