We truly enjoyed our four-day stay at this place. The room looked exactly like the photos — I fell in love with it the moment I saw it on Booking. It's beautifully decorated in a minimalistic style, yet has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the exposed stone wall and the abundance of windows, including a small balcony that added a charming touch. Special mention goes to the bed — it was super comfy, and I slept so well! The location is great: right next to the beach, just a 6-minute walk from the bus station, and around 10-12 minutes from the city center. Anita is an amazing host — incredibly helpful and responsive. She even left us some beverages as a welcome gesture. One evening, we got stuck in Omiš and I messaged her quite late asking for advice on how to get back to Split — she replied immediately with helpful directions. We had an absolutely positive experience. It felt like a stroke of luck to find such a lovely place and a wonderful host. It definitely made a great first impression of Croatia!

Location is excellent. A short walk to old town. Staff is very nice and helpful. They met us at the car park entrance and helped us moving baggages. Car park is convenient, located at the hotel building. We stayed at room number 5, which is a corner room with views of old town and sea. Excellent view! They offer laundry service at Euro 10 per load. The staff helped to send the clothes to laundromat and collect for us. This is a very good service and saved our time.

Everything, clean, modern, well-equipped, good location, easy to find and check in, especially after the info provided by Anita, who was very helpful with anything.

There’s one thing you always hope for when you book a holiday and that’s great accommodation. You get exactly that with Bel Residence. The receptionists are fantastic and are really helpful. Not to mention how friendly they and the cleaners are. If I am ever in Split again (which I will be), I will book this same accommodation. Fantastic place to stay!

We had a fantastic sea side view. A suite on the 5th floor of the building. Huge room and great value for money. It is just a few meters away from the old city and what is important, the hotel is accessible by car which means you will not have to drag your suitcases to a hotel which is not accessible to vehicles.

The room is in the beautiful old city. Modern, with complimentary water in the fridge and a comfortable bed. We loved it! The included breakfast at the nearest restaurant was great. The aircondition made an irritating noise, but the remote controll had a button called «Quiet Mode», and by pushing it it went quiet :) The small reseption is up the stairs and on the 1st floor. We came before check-in, but the cleaning ladies helped us store our luggage and lended us som beach towels. When at the beach we got a text with check-in info and that our luggage had been placed in our room. Greate service!

The room was impeccably clean, AC worked great even in the 34-degree heat wave, bed was firm and comfortable, pillows were plentiful, even the soap was top quality. The location is ideal - everything is just outside your door. Plus the owner Falcon is thoughtful, energetic and determined to make everything great for his guests. If you are reading this, stop researching and book this place!

The room was beautifully updated but in keeping with the age and character of the Old town. Fabulous location within the old town yet still quiet. A walk to everything including, port, train, bus and Post office. Loads of eating options around.
