Self Catering Accommodation in Split

Cheap accommodation, 20 minutes from the center on foot, but easily accessible by bus. The supermarket is a few steps away and the hostel kitchen is also well equipped.

Due to a flood problem, we didn't stay at this hotel. The receptionist was very kind and professional, and made a reservation in another hight class hotel, without asking money to compensate the prices differences.

We loved the apartment, it has good vibes and quite sunny thanks to the big windows. Clean, neat and modern, yet comfy. The location was great as it was close to the beach, walking distance from the city center, yet in a quiet neighborhood. We especially loved the floor heating in the bathroom. The host, Maja was super kind and helpful, even prepared welcome gift for us. We would definitely go back!

Perfect location in the old town of split. Super clean. Big rooms with big lockers and AC. The key system to enter is easy to use. Right next to supermarket and a bakery and a cute market. The bathrooms were clean and nice. The fact that it’s only for young people make it even better cause everyone talks together. The lady at the counter was suuuuper nice and so welcoming. Every bed has its own electric outlets and personal light. We also all receive a towel which is nice to not have to pay an extra. Overall perfect !! Slept sooo well. Fully furnished kitchen with everything needed if u want to cook.

Excellent apartment only minutes walk to Palace, waterfront and ferries, buses, markets, shopping. There are 2 supermarkets literally around the corner. The apartment has everything you need. It is on the ground floor and has a luggage room where you can leave stuff there after checkout time. There is a good sized kitchen area, table & chairs to eat at, lounge area with tv, good sized bathroom with a small washing machine, good sized bedroom with another tv and a little private courtyard off it with table & chairs and clothes line. The host Gordana greeted us and showed us everything and was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

We were very satisfied with our stay. We stayed for one night while travelling to Brač and arrived quite late in the evening. The check-in process was very easy, and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, well-equipped, and had a private garage parking space, which was very convenient. We stayed in the apartment with a double bed and a sofa bed. Usually, sofa beds are not very comfortable, but this one was an exception – we all slept really well. Everything exceeded our expectations!

The flat is a 3-minute walk from a lovely city beach, and there are two shops nearby (a 3-minute walk away). The flat was spotlessly clean, and the host got in touch with us quickly and provided all the necessary instructions. He also arranged for an early check-in at 12:00. We really enjoyed our stay — a lovely flat at a great price.

A spectacular apartment just around the corner from downtown. A really good base for a longer stay as well, since it's also suitable for a larger family with 2 spacious bedrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen and a gated garden. Good to stay with kids or a dog (I had both). Split itself is lovely, I will absolutely have to come back to this region!

The apartment is fantastic! We had just come from two good hotels (5 and 4 stars respectively), and the experience was just as good, if not better! The apartment has everything you need—crockery, lovely towels, a pool, a very cool jacuzzi, and the pool area with olive trees is incredibly pleasant. The staff were extremely attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for an unbeatable stay. My children loved the pool and the PS5! Congratulations—if we return to Split, we will definitely stay here again.

The view from the apartment was amazing with a nice balcony, washing machine and cats in the yard.

This apartment was absolutely amazing. Perfect position right in the old town, so tastefully decorated, generous in the extras available (wine, fruit, all basics in the kitchen, coffee pods for the Nespresso) - I can’t find fault with it at all. And for sure, I wouldn’t want to return to Split if I could not get in to it again - I would schedule my timing to get it!

The location was excellent and very convenient, and the amenities provided made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everything was well-maintained, and the apartment had everything needed for a great experience.

This apartment was very clean and comfortable, in a fantastic location, only metres away from the Diocletian’s Palace and so many lovely parts of old town Split. It had everything we needed. We were able to enjoy our time in Split while also getting our washing done and cook a meal in the kitchen.

First of all the hosts were amazing they brought us some homemade food and kept everything clean outside. The villa was great for small groups and the outdoor area was amazing with the jacuzzi and pool. Also great location, stores nearby and uber to old town is cheap.

A perfect apartment next to the old palace. You hear songs in the morning and evening and you are close to everything! Next time in Split we'll stay here again, of course.

This place was like living in a house. It had everything.. toiletries. washing powder, kitchen pots and utensils. Lounge room was big and roomy, bed was comfortable and extra storage space for suitcases. Great place and location only short walk and a supermarket next door

A wonderful apartment - there’s everything you need, the location is great, and the host is very accommodating! Of course, there is quite some noise even when closing the huge window, but that is the reality of living near the main street!
